Do I need internet to use Biaa Fact?
No. Everything works offline: invoices, debts, PDFs, reports. Internet is only needed to send a document on WhatsApp or put a backup on Google Drive.
Where is my data?
On your device, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server: nobody but you has access to it.
What if I change phones?
Make a backup: it is a single file, to keep on Google Drive or send yourself on WhatsApp. Open it on the new phone with "Restore" and everything comes back.
Can I use it on several devices?
Biaa Fact installs on phones and computers, but each device keeps its own books. To move from one to another, use the backup.
Can my invoices be in Arabic?
Yes. Each document can be in Arabic, French or English, whatever language the app is in, laid out right to left in Arabic.
I am not VAT-registered. Is that a problem?
No: VAT is off by default. If you are registered, turn it on in the settings and choose your usual rate.
Can an issued invoice be changed?
A draft can be changed freely. An issued invoice keeps its number: you cancel it and duplicate it, and the history keeps a record of every change.
